New Website up and running!

Hey everyone,

I have been working on making my own ".com" website due to the large amount of information I want to post. I just finished yesterday, so there are still a few glitches and still some work to be done. I have a link on the page where you can follow me on Facebook. Anyone who knows me knows I do not know a thing about Facebook, so it may be a while before I iron out the edges. If you visit the site, sign the guest book and email me if you come across any problems. If you use Facebook, find me and keep in touch.

My goal is to network myself into a larger group of people. I plan on going to the next level with my career and it takes lots of money and lots of friends. Some people say that it's just politics from here on out and I'm realizing that, too. It's all about who you know. Friends can take you a long way in life. I ask that you spread the word to anyone and everyone about the new site to help build me up for what's ahead. I am pleased to say that I have about 200 people I personally send my blog to and with this new site and integrating Facebook into it, I hope to triple that number.

I plan on hitting the tours pretty hard at the beginning of next year. I will play in a few before then, but the USGA just passed a new rule stating the grooves on your clubs now have to be a certain kind and way. Now all people who compete in USGA sanctioned events or professionally must compete with USGA approved clubs. Mine aren't, along with 99% of all professional golfers. I think it's a dumb rule, but they are trying to make fairway percentages go up because you won't be able to put as much spin on a ball from the rough. That's a lot of jiberish that means I have to buy new clubs. I'll be going to Tampa in December to get fitted for some new equipment. Since I will be getting use to new the clubs, I won't be competing hard through December.

Now for the important things. Natalie got some good news the other day! I don't fell as if it's my place to release this information publicly. You can read exactly what the family wrote on carepages. Now, I'm going to walk you through how to get there. It's free and I promise it's not hard. It will be well worth your time.

Go to www.carepages.com
Look on the left side and click "become a member now"
Fill in the needed information and submit
You will then be redirected to "My Dashboard"
Go to search, top right, and type in "OurNatalie" exactly.
Click the one that says "Carepage Website Name"
Now read about her and post some encouraging words!
That's it! Call or email me if you have any trouble.

I am going to create another blog just about Natalie's benefit. I will post the link later. I still have a lot of people wanting to know about how it went and things like that. My website also has pictures of the tournament and dinner, so I'll keep the information on the new blog.

Brittany and I are going to have another cupcake party tomorrow with Natalie. I'll deliver any words of encouragement to them from you. Just email them to me.

I would like to say thanks to all my dedicated supporters from last year. The many emails, phone calls and letters helped to get me where I am today.

Ok, here it is! http://www.golfingwithglen.com
Go to it and let me know what you think please.
I put it together myself in 18 hours so please forgive me for any issue you encounter.

Thanks again everyone!

Glen
