I stopped along the way at my usual exit, 341 on I-75, to get gas and some golf equipment for the week and then I went on to Ocoee.
Upon arrival, I wasn't feeling to hot so I went on to bed about 6:30 PM. I ended up sleeping until 7:30 AM. For those who have read these before, you know I get up at 4:30 before a tournament, so something was wrong. So, of course, I call mom, who was a little tired since she had to drop Matt, my brother, off at school earlier to go on his senior trip to Colorado. She said it sounded like I had the flu. So I stop at Walgreens and get some medicine, and head to the course. Upon arrival, I paid my fee's and went to the range.
It was cold, but I think I got too hot too quick and to save the details, I simply withdrew from the tournament and headed north. Mr. Frank was gracious enough to refund my money, and applaud my efforts. So, I am writing you today, Tuesday morning, still sick. So, no golf this week yet. As soon as I can get some strength back, I'll be playing again. However, I plan on practicing on Thursday with Caleb and Dixon at Quitman County Club, we got a course record to break.
Sorry no golf this week, but I'll post when I decide the next tournaments will be!
Thanks for all the support!
Special thanks goes out to Mr. Bill and Mrs. Nancy Ray for the gift that will cover a tournament cost for me! Thanks so much!

In golf, when we hit a foul ball, we've got to go out there and play it.
